Hem-lok Rivet has been designed for the fastening of elements that require exceptional tensile and shear strengths.
The mandrel will break nearly flush with the head and contains a locked mandrel to prevent vibration, therefore it can avoid any kind of electrical problems and noises caused by loose mandrels.
Features of Hem-lok Rivets
- Extremely high shear and tensile strength.
- Large blind end bearing surface disperses the axial load/clamping load acting on the blind end workpiece.
- High clamping force to prevent riveted workpiece from being pulled out.
- Spline type locking nail core design provides strong shock-proof connection. Avoid the problem of power short circuit caused by the loosening of the nail core and falling off due to violent vibration.
